‍The Role

Reterns is an early stage, well-capitalized start-up seeking an experienced professional to help establish partnerships with organizations. By joining our team, you can play a pivotal role in helping traditional retirees have fulfilling later years.

As a member of the Reterns team, you will primarily be responsible for communicating with retirees, companies, and non-profit organizations. The products and technology we are building are exciting and you will help enable retirees to have access to those products.

To succeed at Reterns, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hard working. You should have a passion for helping others and the ability to positively influence the energy of the team and retirees. This position is a great opportunity to foundationally impact the success of Reterns.

Responsibilities

• Engage interested parties promptly, personally, and with the goal of opening the conversation to ensure they feel welcome
• Excite, engage, and educate prospective retirees and organizations through calls, emails, and "Post-Covid" outbound events to educate them about Reterns' product offerings and answer questions
• Help Reterns maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling future meetups for individuals who exhibit interest
• Review candidate profiles and conduct interviews to determine competence and cultural fit
• Effectively present, sell, and support the experience and products within the entire Reterns eco-system
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

• Ability to navigate websites such as Facebook or LinkedIn
• Highly dependable
• Top-notch communication skills
• Familiarity with human resources would be helpful but is not necessary

Expect talented, motivated, and interesting co-workers. There is no need to relocate to the Southern California or Phoenix area, but if you elect to do so, we will help cover moving costs.

Your compensation package will include 1-year of health insurance benefit.
